1. Introduction
ISEA Labs Inc. ("ISEA", "we", "us") provides a personal life operating system for recording, organizing, and reflecting on your daily activity. This Privacy Policy explains what information we process, why we process it, and the choices you have when using ISEA.

2. Information We Process
ISEA is designed to be local-first, but some features use our servers or selected service providers.
- Local records: Notes, tasks, habits, diet, fitness, sleep, mood, calendar-related records, and similar content may be stored on your device so the app can work quickly and reliably.
- Account and authentication data: When you create an account or sign in, we process identifiers such as your account ID, email address, sign-in provider, session tokens, and account status.
- Cloud sync and backup: Cloud sync is optional. If you enable it, selected categories of records and metadata are transmitted to and stored on ISEA-operated infrastructure so your data can be available across devices.
- AI assistant requests: When you use AI features, your prompts, selected records, attachments, transcripts, and relevant context may be sent to ISEA servers and third-party AI service providers to generate responses, summaries, and structured records.
- Diagnostics and analytics: We may collect limited event, crash, device, and performance information, including through our self-hosted OpenPanel analytics service, to improve reliability and product quality. Some analytics may be associated with device, account, installation, or session identifiers. We do not use analytics to read your private journal or record content.
- Support and feedback: If you contact us, join a waitlist, send feedback, or upload an attachment, we process the information you submit so we can respond and improve the service.

3. How We Use Information
We use information to provide and personalize ISEA, authenticate accounts, sync records when enabled, generate AI responses when requested, maintain security, prevent abuse, provide support, improve reliability, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

4. AI and Third-Party Model Providers
ISEA uses AI features to summarize, classify, search, plan, and assist with your requests. To provide these features, your AI messages and selected app context may be processed by ISEA and by third-party AI service providers. We do not use your private content to train ISEA-owned models. Third-party providers process AI requests under their own service terms and data-processing commitments.

5. Permissions
ISEA only asks for device permissions when a feature needs them. Depending on your use, this may include microphone and speech recognition for voice input, photos or camera for avatar selection, calendar access for schedule features, and notifications for reminders. You can manage these permissions in iOS Settings.

6. Storage, Security, and Retention
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information in transit and at rest. No system is completely secure, so you should keep your device, account, and recovery information protected. We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

7. Account Deletion
You can request account deletion from inside the app. After deletion is confirmed, the account is marked as cancelled and cannot be used to register or sign in again, including through Apple Sign In. To enforce this restriction, we may retain limited non-content account records, such as a hashed account identifier, where required for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, legal compliance, or cancelled-account enforcement.

8. Your Choices
You can choose whether to use cloud sync, AI assistant features, uploads, and optional device permissions. You may also contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, subject to applicable law and technical limitations.

9. Children
ISEA is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal information to us, please contact us.

10. International Processing
Your information may be processed in countries or regions outside where you live, depending on the infrastructure and service providers used to operate ISEA. We take reasonable steps designed to protect information as described in this Policy.

11. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify you.
